Caso incomum de incisivo superior geminado com cúspide de garra

Objetivo: Relatar o caso de germinação dentária em incisivo superior permanente com cúspide em garra e a importância do conhecimento dessa alteração morfológica. Métodos: O estudo consiste em um relato de caso que ocorreu na clínica da Associação Cirurgiões-Dentistas do Piauí (ABCD-PI), no exame clínico observou-se que o elemento dentário incisivo superior direito, apresentava anomalia, o relato foi escrito com a permissão da participante através de um Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido lido e assinado pelo paciente e sua responsável. Resultados: Os exames sugeriram que havia uma comunicação pulpar compatível com uma germinação dentária aliada as características clínicas de cúspide em garra. Conclusão: Dente geminado com cúspide em garra pode causar uma variedade de problemas clínicos que exigem diagnóstico precoce.
