Tratamentos anti-hemorrágicos para pacientes hemofílicos submetidos à extração dentária: uma revisão da literatura

Objetivo: Apresentar, através de uma revisão de literatura, os tratamentos atuais anti-hemorrágicos para pacientes com hemofilia que são submetidos a extrações dentárias. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura. A busca dos artigos foi realizada nas bases de dados Pubmed, web of science e scopus. Foram incluídos artigos no idioma inglês, disponíveis na íntegra entre os anos de 2013 e 2024. Pesquisas que duplicaram entre as bases de dados, publicações incompletas ou que não se enquadraram no escopo da pesquisa foram excluídos. Resultados: No total, 13 artigos foram incluídos na revisão. As principais terapias encontradas foram: Desmopressina, Agentes antifibrinolíticos, Ankaferd Blood Stooper (ABS), Curativo local (TachoComb), Ácido tranexâmico, Profilaxia com emicizumabe, Trombina-gelatina (Floseal) e entre outras. Conclusão: Existem uma série de tratamentos anti-hemorrágicos para pacientes hemofílicos submetidos à extração dentária. Essas terapias variam de acordo com o defeito hemostático específico, sua gravidade e o tipo de procedimento cirúrgico.
